Nōnus uses a privacy-by-design approach and limits collection to information needed to operate its websites, assessment, application process, and requested communications.
Begin
begin.nonus.life does not contain a contact form, advertising pixel, behavioral advertising tracker, or public account registration. Our hosting systems may process ordinary technical logs such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and security events needed to deliver and protect the site.
Assessment
If you choose to use typing.nonus.life, the assessment may process the email address you provide, assessment responses and results, pseudonymous visitor and attempt identifiers, completion and interaction events, referral or campaign parameters, browser language, timezone, viewport size, and user agent. Local browser storage is used for pseudonymous assessment identifiers. This information is used to provide, secure, measure, and improve the assessment and to respond to people who ask to hear from Nōnus.
Application
If you choose to apply for coaching, apply.nonus.life processes the information you voluntarily submit so Nōnus can evaluate fit and respond to your inquiry.
Service providers
Nōnus uses service providers to operate these services, including website and application hosting, Supabase for assessment data storage, Resend for email delivery and contact management, and Tally for application forms. These providers process information as needed to provide their services.
Optional email communications are sent only where the person has provided the requested information and applicable consent. Marketing messages provide an unsubscribe mechanism. Replies and lead notifications are routed to nick@nonus.life for human follow-up.
Use and retention
Information is used to deliver and secure the services, provide assessment results, respond to inquiries, understand acquisition sources, prevent abuse, and operate the Nōnus coaching business. Nōnus does not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, appropriate business records, security, or legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable, and you may unsubscribe from optional marketing at any time. To make a privacy request, email nick@nonus.life.
Security
Nōnus uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information processed, including HTTPS, access controls, data minimization, and established service providers. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children
These services are not directed to children under 13, and Nōnus does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
This notice may be updated as the services or data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
